Mini Highlanders

At Jager Ag, our mission in raising Mini Highland calves is centered on the use of embryo transfer technology. By utilizing Holstein cows as recipient mothers, we are able to combine advanced reproductive science with exceptional animal care. We take pride in using innovative technologies to produce healthy, high-quality Mini Highland calves while ensuring the well-being of both our recipient cows and calves every step of the way.

Our

Mini Highlands

Some of the Mini Highlands born and raised here have become near and dear to our hearts.

Because of that, we've decided to keep Ruby Ann and Lorrie as part of our herd. These two special girls are helping pave the way for future generations of calves, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for them.

We're excited to watch them continue to grow and leave their mark here at Jager Ag!

Lorrie

DOB: December 18, 2025
Heifer

Lorrie is the one in charge of the mini Highlander pen! Full of spunk and personality, she knows exactly how to get the attention she deserves. As the very first mini Highlander born here at Jager Ag, she has been spoiled from day one—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Ruby Ann

DOB: March 1, 2026
Heifer

Miss Ruby Ann may be small, but she sure is mighty! As the second mini Highlander born here at Jager Ag, she has been just as spoiled from the very beginning.

This little heifer calf is full of personality and life. From making appearances at petting zoos, playing soccer ball in the pen, and becoming best friends with all of the other mini Highlanders, Ruby Ann has quickly become a favorite around here.
